This converted loft space offers open plan living in a beautifully refurbished Victorian property. Its elevated position in the hills above Fowey offers unrivalled views of the estuary, and it’s less than a 10 minute walk from the waterfront.
Apartment Two benefits from a bright and airy living space, featuring a large comfy sofa and a stunning floor to ceiling window. The lounge leads off to a stylish kitchen/dining area, with a four seater table, and heated tile flooring.
The apartment’s master bedroom features a kingsize bed and its own floor to ceiling window which opens onto a Juliette balcony and overlooks the estuary. The second room has twin beds.
Each bedroom also offers bathrobes, toiletries. A BBQ and outdoor dining area can be found in the terraced garden at the rear of the property, which is shared with Apartment One – the perfect spot for warm summer evenings.
